The iBER-1635 OUTDOOR G2 is a secured, waterproof, optical fibre street cabinet. It is an Operator Fibre Distribution Terminal (FDT) compliant with applicable standards.
The iBER-1635 OUTDOOR G2 door street cabinet is composed of a steel structure protected by aluminium casing. en aluminium.
The structure is composed of:
• 1 x 19″ chassis on the right for left-handed pivoting racks and 1 x 19″ chassis on the left for right-handed pivoting racks. They respectively allow to fix the modules specific to the distribution cables and the fixing of the operator modules;
• 1 central area which allows to absorb the overlengths of optical patch cords.
The use of a single patch cord length simplifies operation.
The iBER-1635 OUTDOOR G2 cabinet is suitable for iTOD, iTOM, iTERA and iRCP pivoting racks. The cables are affixed to anchoring plates in the back of the cabinet using BEC breakout boxes.
