iBER-603 OUTDOOR G2

The iBER-603 OUTDOOR G2 is a secured, weatherproof street cabinet, that allows cross connection and splicing of optical fibres. The optical equipment is installed on a modular backboard. It can be used as a distribution point and as primary or secondary coupling. In secondary node configuration, the subscriber cables can be pre-connectorised and cross connected directly onto the coupler modules.

The iBER-603 outdoor G2 street cabinet is composed of a steel structure protected by aluminium casing.
The structure is composed of:

• 1 static left side panel used to anchor distribution cables and manage a midspan (possibility of duplicating the system on the right side);
• 1 main panel fixed at the back of the cabinet fitted with:
  • a right zone that can house 2 panels that respectively include 12 1×4 or 1×8 LC/APC coupling modules;
  • a patch cord organiser that can house 24 splice trays of 12 splices each organised in gate folds;
  • a zone for connectors waiting to be used;
• 1 subscriber cable anchoring zone that can house2 48 BFT micro-duct collectors.
